Our Christmas and Annual Awards Banquet will be held Thursday, December 18, at the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center in Nathanael Greene Park, 2400 S Scenic Avenue in Springfield, Missouri. Arrive at 5:30PM, dinner will be served at 6:00PM.

• Awards will be given out for Photographer of the Year in all three skill levels.

• Catering by City Butcher with menu: brisket, pulled pork, beans, jalapeno cheesy corn, iced tea, water, and dessert.

• If you wish to participate in the Ornament Exchange, bring a wrapped or gift-bagged ornament to the party.

• Deadline to pay and register is Monday, December 1 by midnight. Cost per person is $28 when paid with cash/check during a club meeting. Members are welcome to pay for guests. Meetings will be held on Thursdays, October 23 or November 13. You may also pay $31 with PayPal through this online payment portal (NOTE: $3/person online convenience fee will apply to cover additional costs to the club).

Deadline to register is December 1st so we can let our hosts know the number of preparations.
